Step 2: Enter Teams apps in the left menu.
Step 3: Select Manage apps.
Step 4: The admin should click on the Org-wide app settings button
Step 5: Verify that all the flags are enabled/on, especially the Custom Apps option.
Step 6: Go to Setup policies
Step 7: Click on Global (Org-wide default)
Step 8: Enable the upload of custom apps which is the Upload custom apps option.

✅ Buenas prácticas
Check the policies before announcing the launch. This is the most common reason Lara does not reach people.
If your organisation has different policies per group, verify each group separately.
Keep a record of which policy was changed and when.
⚠️ Errores frecuentes
Applying the policy to one group and assuming it applies to the whole organisation.
Not waiting for propagation and concluding the integration failed.
Changing policies without coordinating with IT.
❓ Preguntas frecuentes
Why does Lara message some people and not others? Almost always because of different policies between user groups.
Do I need to reinstall the app after changing a policy? No, but you need to wait for propagation.
Is the Spanish version identical? Yes. Keep both aligned.
