At {COMPANY} we want our teams to be part of building an incredible people-centered work culture.

This is why we are launching a new technology called Lara AI, which will help us to listen to your suggestions and feedback so you can contribute to improve the work environment.

As your participation is crucial to the success of this project, here are a few things you need to know:

What does Lara do?

• Lara AI is a technology that will help {COMPANY} to understand and improve the teams’ experience.

• Once a month, Lara will be reaching out to you via {SLACK/TEAMS/WHATSAPP/OTHER} and will be asking you approximately 10 questions about your experience at the company.

• Lara will generate analytics about the teams' experience that the {HUMAN RESOURCES} team and {LEADERS} will have access to.

Why is this good for me?
By responding to Lara's surveys, you will be sharing your recommendations on an ongoing basis, directly contributing to improving your work environment and helping {LEADERS} and the {HUMAN RESOURCES} team understand where the areas for improvement are.

Are my responses confidential?
Conversations with Lara are confidential: this means that only a small group of people from the {HR} team will have access to see your responses.

{LEADERS} will not have access to see people's answers, nor to identify who has given which answer. They will only be able to see anonymous metrics, grouped by their teams, and only when they have a minimum of 3 responses.

Next steps
In the coming weeks we will be launching the technology, and you will receive the first questions from Lara.

Once you have answered the questions, that's it... until the next survey arrives in approximately 30 days.
