That's why we are launching a new technology called Lara AI, which will help us understand the team's experiences at {COMPANY} and will also help you monitor your team's engagement level in real time.
In your role as {LEADER}, you are crucial to the success of the Lara AI implementation, and we want to fill you in on the details of what to expect from its use, and when we will launch it.
Why are we implementing Lara AI?
At {COMPANY} we want to continue to grow and improve as a company, and we firmly believe that our teams are the critical piece in making this happen. For this reason, we want to foster communication between teams, leaders and the {HUMAN RESOURCES} team. Lara will help us to proactively identify the issues we need to focus on.
What does Lara do?
Lara AI is a software that will help the {HUMAN RESOURCES} team and {LEADERS} like you, to understand and improve the teams’ experiences at {COMPANY}.
Once a month, Lara will reach out to employees at {COMPANY} via {SLACK/TEAMS/WHATSAPP/OTHER} and will ask them a set of approximately 10 questions about their experience at the company.
Lara will generate real-time analytics for the {HUMAN RESOURCES} team, and also for the {LEADERS} (you must have a minimum of 3 responses to be able to see your team's results).
How will Lara help you?
Share with you real-time visibility about your team's engagement.
Encourage conversations and understand your team's areas of improvement.
What is expected of you as a {LEADER}?
Review your team's reports to understand areas of improvement (only available for {LEADERS} with 3 or more direct reports): at least once a month.
Generate conversations with your team based on the analytics shared with you.
Next steps
Lara's launch will be announced toall employees (not {LEADERS}) in the next few days.
